Making the show an inclusive and engaged space
A show open to all, supportive and responsible. Reinforced accessibility with a PRM plan, adapted infrastructure and priority services. Concrete social commitment: partnership with an Esat, mobilisation of integration staff and organisation of job dating to promote employment in the sector.
Designing a more responsible event
An eco-designed and optimised organisation. Reuse of structures, rental of furniture and pooling of resources to reduce environmental impact. Cradle to Cradle Silver certified carpet and local suppliers to promote a circular and sustainable approach.
Promoting waste sorting and recovery
A show committed to eco-responsible resource management. Sorting and selective collection at each stage, reuse of materials with Valdelia and recycling of badge holders. 100% renewable energy site, optimised LED lighting and reinforced water fountains to reduce plastic.
Encouraging eco-responsible practices on a daily basis
We support exhibitors and visitors in a sustainable approach thanks to concrete tools and initiatives. A sustainable development guide and a sorting guide are available on the online platform to encourage the right gestures. Eco-gestures are disseminated upstream on the website to raise awareness among all participants. The show promotes public transport (dedicated bus, tram service), offers accessible food trucks favouring local and seasonal cuisine, and distributes useful and sustainable goodies. SOLUTRANS 2025 is part of a dynamic of continuous improvement where each player contributes to a more sober, more united and more inspiring show.
